Liza Kane is a personal stylist and wardrobe consultant based in Chicago.

Getting dressed has always been my go-to creative outlet. Beyond the pure fun of playing dress-up, the confidence that comes from loving what you’re wearing, and the ability to visually convey yourself through dress, has been a fascination I’ve explored since childhood. After years of labeling “stylist” as my dream job, I began pursuing a styling career in 2018 and earned certifications in both fashion and personal styling through School of Style. I went on to assist fashion stylists in Chicago, and later worked at The RealReal, where I deepened my knowledge of designer fashion, sustainability in the fashion industry, and secondhand sourcing.

Now, I work one-on-one with clients, virtually and in-person, to help them discover a version of personal style that feels more like them. My process is personal and collaborative: I take time to understand your goals, your dressing habits, and how you want to show up in the world. From there, we refine what you already own, style your pieces in ways that reflect your point of view, and build systems you can return to, so your style keeps evolving with you.

Outside of client work, I share my own style on TikTok and write RE:WORN, a weekly personal style and resale shopping newsletter. Whether I’m building a lookbook or unpacking an outfit idea, my goal is always the same: to make getting dressed feel easier, more intentional, and more like you.

Ultimately, getting dressed shouldn’t feel like a chore. It should feel like a chance to express yourself with clarity, confidence, and joy. Personal style goes beyond formal events and big moments; it’s how you move through the world every day. When you love what you’re wearing, you carry yourself differently. I’m here to help you tap into that, so getting dressed becomes something you actually look forward to.
